Synopsis

After awakening from a coma following a horrific car accident, April discovers that a man she barely knew from casual dating has been by her bedside throughout her unconsciousness. Now this fiercely independent young woman must rely on a virtual stranger for survival during her long recovery. As months and strange events begin happening around her, April starts questioning what's real and what's merely a product of her trauma-damaged mind.
